The FK2000 field kitchen can be used to cook food for as many as 500 persons. The food cooks in a couple of hours, and the kitchen can be used under any conditions. The FK2000 is a field kitchen in which food can be cooked even while the device is moving. The field kitchen is designed for demanding environments and it is easy to transport. The FK2000 is well-suited, for example, for crisis management operations and aid organizations.
The FK2000 operates on diesel, kerosene, gas or solid fuel, such as wood. The temperature is adjusted with a thermostat.
In this field kitchen a great deal of attention has been paid to the working conditions as it has fixed weather protection and camouflage with a removable tent. The field kitchen also features highly effective workspace lighting, making it possible to cook food at any time of the day or night.
The FK2000 contains a wide range of cooking and frying equipment; 150 litre and 40-60 litre cooking kettles for cooking, steaming and deep frying, as well as a frying pan and a griddle. A 150 litre fan-assisted oven with excellent baking characteristics is available for the field kitchen as an optional accessory. The fan-assisted oven heats quickly, maintains its heat well and is hygienic. It is also easy to use.
FK2000 can be combined with cold storage and preparation containers.
