The heat exchanger brings comfort and safety, because with it there is no need to mix washing- and dishwater by hand. You get warm pre-mixed water from the heat exchanger, where you can’t burn yourself. The water can be used for example as shower- or dish water.

The heat exchanger is placed in the water space of the water heater. The piping of the heat exchanger goes around the boiler wall, so the boiler can otherwise be used normally. The hot water in the boiler heats the cold water circulating in the heat exchanger.
A mixing valve is available for the heat exchanger, therefore the water comes out at the desired temperature (35–60°C).
The water from the heat exchanger can be used, for example, in the shower, hand basin or kitchen sink. It conveniently provides warm water for, for example, a pressure washer that does not have a water heater.
The heat exchanger requires pressurized water, such as tap water, well water or lake water from a pump. It is an inexpensive alternative compared to a hot water tank.
