The heat shield is intended to use with a Parra water heater equipped with an angled chimney outlet or the Teuva water heater with Parra chimney.
It is to be installed over the outer shell of the lowest part of the modular chimney. The band on the top of the heat shield is sized to fit the Parra chimney and it comes with screws and nuts to attach it.
The safety distance to combustible materials for the angled pipe, with heat shield, is 150 mm.
